1. Agreement
By accessing Copyforge Grove, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.
3. Account
Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized use.
4. Purchases & Billing
Prices are shown in USD and may change. Taxes may apply. Payment is processed by third‑party providers subject to their terms.
5. Refunds
Self‑paced: 14‑day refund if less than 25% completed. Cohorts: full refund up to 7 days before start; partial thereafter. Certificates may be revoked in cases of fraud or plagiarism.
6. Access & Conduct
Do not share accounts, bypass controls, scrape content, or upload unlawful material. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials are owned by Copyforge Grove or licensors. We grant a limited, non‑transferable license for your personal learning. No resale, redistribution, or public performance without permission.
8. Disclaimers
We provide educational content “as is.” We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Your results depend on your implementation and context.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Copyforge Grove will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will post the effective date at the top of this page.
